"Legacy in Action"...The Sergeant York Patriotic Foundation is dedicated to preserving the legacy of
Sergeant Alvin C. York, the greatest hero of World War I.
The Sgt. Alvin C. York State Historic Park, is located in Pall Mall, Tennessee.
Activities: Gristmill, Museum, Homeplace, Tours, General Store, Interpretive Program, Playground, Picnic Area,
Grave site and Bible School. Start your visit at the General Store and watch the introductory video.

Since 1995, Andrew York, the son of Alvin C. York and his wife, Gracie, has been giving tours of the family home in
Pall Mall, where the Wolf River flows off the Cumberland Plateau (read HOMESITE TOURS article below).
Sgt. Alvin C. York State Historic Park and York General Store & Visitor Center are
OPEN 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. central standard time during Daylight Savings Time. (Closes at 4 p.m. other times of the year).
Park is open daily except major holidays. Store closes Dec. 15 - March 1.
Directions: From I-40, take Route 127 North to Pall Mall, TN The park is located on Hwy. 127,
just eight miles from the Tennessee/Kentucky border.
